lyrics
Therefore like as the woman has veins fifteen,
And the man has but five to the act of their fecundity,
Required in our Conjunction first I mean,
So must the man our Sun have of his water three,
And nine his wife, which three to him must be.
Then like with like will joy have for to dwell,
More of Conjunction I needeth not to tell.
And when your vessel has stood by five months,
And clouds and eclipses be passed each one,
The light appearing, increase your heat, then believe,
Until bright and shining in whiteness be your Stone.
Then may you open your glass anon,
And feed your child which is born,
With milk and meat, aye more and more.
Some of the best raw black metal I’ve heard in a while. So many infectious riffs it’s absurd. Easily my favorite release from lamp of Murmuur. HyperboreanFrost
Revenant Marquis continues with the subterranean vocals on this album. Percussion sound on all tracks has a very large sound, especially the bass drum. Guitar is generally very clean. The more I listen, the more I get Xasthur vibes, but with a more rock and roll influence. Still very depressive and chaotic. A cool album! QQBeastMode
Brooding black metal on Vendetta records, Svartmálm slow the genre’s core ingredients and add bracing emotional heft. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 20, 2018
Crushing atmospheric black metal on the Vendetta label, Wilt’s “Ruin” delivers melancholy riffing with blunt force. Bandcamp New & Notable May 17, 2018
